Our team consists of senior professionals with experience as well as young professionals who bring in new ideas with their out of the box thinking. The Team works under the guidance of Anil Sharma, Principal Consultant.
Anil is a seasoned HR Professional with a business enabling approach. He brings on the table a versatile experience of working at senior positions like Head of Leadership Development, Group HR Head, and Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) in highly reputed organizations across industry sectors i.e. Auto Component, Paper and Chemical Manufacturing, Media, Telecommunication, Retail, etc. Apart from being a working executive, he has over 5 years of experience as a consultant including 6 months overseas project, where he has provided services to highly reputed organizations.
Anil is also an Internationally Trained Competency Assessor and has worked extensively in the area of competency management with Indian and International Consultants. He has done a competency assessment of people right from the level of Asst. Manager up to COO level.
